Jungle Game Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Jungle Game platform (junglegame.onl) and all associated services. Jungle Game is an international betting platform operating under a valid license. These terms apply to all members in Bangladesh and every other region where Jungle Game actively provides services.

The Jungle Game Terms & Conditions have been written to be clear and easy to understand. We encourage you to read the full document carefully before using the platform, as every term here is designed to protect the interests of both you and us.

• These terms and conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
• Jungle Game reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on the platform.
• Jungle Game reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
• All content, games, and designs on the platform are the intellectual property of Jungle Game. Copying or distributing anything without permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Opening an account with Jungle Game requires meeting a few basic conditions. These requirements exist to ensure member safety and the integrity of the platform.

Registration Eligibility

• The minimum age to register is 18. A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account termination and full balance forfeiture.
• Accounts cannot be created from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

Account Verification (KYC)

Jungle Game follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. You may be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal or after reaching a certain transaction threshold:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card / Passport / Driving License)

• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Any funds sent from a third party's account will be returned.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Weekly withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier. VIP members are entitled to higher limits.
• Jungle Game reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity

4. Betting Rules

Jungle Game has specific rules for placing bets that all members must follow. These rules are in place to ensure fairness and transparency on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error occurs in relation to the event in question.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Accounts found using arbitrage betting, bet matching, or any other dishonest strategy will be suspended
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jungle Game reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is illegal and strictly prohibited on Jungle Game.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jungle Game offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only active within the specified validity period of the relevant promotion
• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• You cannot activate another bonus while one is already active, unless otherwise specified
• Bonus abuse or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Full terms are available on the promotions page. To claim the welcome bonus, a minimum deposit is required, along with a bonus code where applicable.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

Jungle Game believes betting should be a form of entertainment, enjoyed responsibly at all times. We actively work to protect the wellbeing of our members.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour waiting period.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: There is also an option to permanently close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Reality Check: You can enable periodic reminder notifications to help you stay in control.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Jungle Game reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violations of These Terms & Conditions
• Involvement in fraud, deception, or any other illegal activity
• Creating Multiple Accounts or Abusing Bonuses
• Submitting false identity information or fraudulent documents
• Threatening or harassing other members

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any verified balance will be refunded, though bonus balances will be forfeited.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• If you are not satisfied with a decision made by Jungle Game, you have the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority
• Server logs and transaction records are considered final and conclusive evidence in the resolution of all disputes

• Information may be shared with authorities in cases of suspicious activity or legal requirement

10. Changes to Terms

Jungle Game reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a pop-up notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may request to close your account.
